We enrich the spirit and identity of Westminster now and for future generations by connecting people who care with causes that enrich our community. Established as a community foundation in 2001, the Westminster Legacy Foundation serves as the leader, catalyst and resource for philanthropy in our community. We provide donors with flexible means of making gifts and bequests to support the charitable causes that make the City of Westminster an outstanding community in which to live, work and play.

The Foundation continues to support the Armed Forces Tribute Garden. In 2019, $3,900 was spent to further that purpose. Contributions were $153,000 and investment income $1,912.
