HOPE Groups: Groups led by teens to discuss various topics including acceptance, fear, social media, stress and other topics
Hall of Personal Expression (HOPE): To enable our youth to express themselves in the forms that best fit their passions and personalities. Through the H.O.P.E. our goal is to continue to destigmatize depression and anxiety in youth through a variety of mediums of expression.
