OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE BETTER LIVING CONDITIONS AND EDUCATION.
FRIENDS OF HUMANITY, NFP AS A NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION IS ESTABLISHED TO ORGANIZE HUMANITARIAN SERVICES IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION, HEALTH AND REHABILATION OF STATELESS AND DISPLACED PEOPLE.
Friends of Humanity partners with Humanity In Distress, a non-governmental organization headquartered in Bangladesh. We provide funds to facilitate our educational projects, clean water provision projects, as well as secondary projects including food provisions certain times in the year and tutoring. FOH operates 6 primary schools educational programs with more than 765 students from 1st to 5th grade, one coaching center and one computer training center. We started one High school during 2019. We provide free school uniforms, free backpacks and school supplies, free educationsl books as well as a healthy breakfast. In 2019 we provided meat to more than 3000 families through our Qurbani porgram. We also made 120 hand pumps and 9 deep tube wells during 2019.
In 2019, Friends of Humanity also took part in relief efforts when it was extremenly cold weather in Chicago by distributing winter clothing to part of the homeless population in Chicago.
