Organizations Filed Purposes:
Seeking solutions to problems in the preparation of special education doctoral level personnel.
Monitor legislation developed by the Congress that is relevant to HECSEs mission and provide information to Congress regarding the legislation; coordinate and collaborate with the federal government and other national organizations that are concerned about special edcuation leadership.
