Health Management Development Program Title V - Improves the quality of health of American Indians by providing a full range of curative, preventative and rehabilitative health services.

Special Diabetes Program for Indians Diabetes - Promotes improved health care among American Indians through special diabetes prevention and treatment services with objectives and priorities determined at the local level.

Urban Indian Health Services Urban - Provides health-related services to Urban Indians including: Alcohol and substance abuse prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and education mental health needs assessment and services health promotion and disease prevention services and immunization services. The Urban program includes the following subprograms: Alcohol Substance Abuse Mental Health Service Health Promotion and Disease Prevention HP/DP and Immunization.
