Health Management Development Program Title V - Improves the quality of health of American Indians by providing a full range of curative, preventative and rehabilitative health services.
Special Diabetes Program for Indians Diabetes - Promotes improved health care among American Indians through special diabetes prevention and treatment services with objectives and priorities determined at the local level.
Urban Indian Health Services Urban - Provides health-related services to Urban Indians including: Alcohol and substance abuse prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and education mental health needs assessment and services health promotion and disease prevention services and immunization services.
