Organizations Filed Purposes: The mission of the organization is the educate voters and promote full participation in the electorial process. The organization also seeks to empower citizenry through the effective use of public policy advocacy.

CEF offers a variety of events across the country. The New York Wall Street Economic Summit brings MBE/WBE suppliers of financial services together with financial institutions, investment bankers and other providers of services to Wall Street. The Detroit Automotive Project promotes full and equal participation in the economic growth of the global automotive industry for people of color. The Atlanta Creating Opportunity Conference works to expand opportunities through diversity, inclusion and equality partnerships. The DC Media and Telecommunications Symposium explores the civil rigths and civil liberties in the emerging technology industry.

CEF conducts a five day annual conference examining a variety of relevenat policy issues. Over twenty-five different functions and events are made available to the public, covering topics such as home foreclosure, wellness, 2020 census, voter registration, and MBE/WBE inclusion. Annual conference themes vary from year to year in an effort to inspire and inform the public, while we work towards a peaceful and just world.

CEFs primary programmatic thrust involves the PUSHTech 202 program, which allows for children of low income families to be involved in tech/coding and summer camps. GOTV (Get Out To Vote) which seeks to educate and empower citizens through the effectiveness of public policy, civic virtue, electoral participation, economic empowerment and financial literacy that educates individuals and churches on debt and consumer credit, home ownership, investments and insurance.
