AS A DELEGATE AGENCY UNDER THIS GRANT, GAPA PROVIDED SENIORS SIXTY YEARS AND OLDER, WHO MET DPD'S LOW-MODERATE INCOME GUIDELINES, WITH MINOR HOME REPAIRS. THESE REPAIRS, FOCUSING ON SAFETY AND ACCESSIBILITY ISSUES IN THE HOME, WERE MADE WITH FEDERAL FUNDS AT NO COST TO THE HOMEOWNERS.
