integrated most at risk populations hiv prevention program (IMHIPP): in 2009, heartland alliance international (hai) with support from usaid launched a large-scale effort to bring high-quality and stigma-free hiv prevention services to some of nigeria's key populations (KP) who are at particularly high risk of hiv infections: kp include men who have sex with men, female sex workers, and people who inject drugs. through imhipp, hai provides comprehensive services in 25 clinics across seven states in nigeria. Improving Prevention and Access to Care and Treatment Cote d'Ivoire (IMPACT-CI): HAI began working in cote d'ivoire in 2010, providing high-quality, stigma-free health care to key populations at risk for hiv/aids and sexually transmitted infections (STI), including men who have sex with men, sex workers, and their partners. these results are among the achievements of IMPACT-CI since 2010: - tested over 78,500 members of key populations for HIV, and diagnosed and treated over 44,000 individuals for STIs. Safer Passage, securing justice and healing for Iraqi internally displaced persons: This program aims to ensure Iraqi internally displaced persons, especially children and adolescents, are proctected from human rights abuses, heal from trauma, and become more resilient. HAI is also active throughout iraq in torture prevention and treatment, gender-based violence and suicide prevention, anti-trafficking initiatives, juvenile justice reform, lgbtq+ rights, mental health, and religious and ethnic minority rights.
