To increase and preserve the supply of decent, affordable and accessible housing in Illinois for low and moderate income households
Technical Assistance and Training-Conducts workshops and provides direct technical assistance to not-for-profit housing developers and housing counseling agencies. Pass-thru grants are provided to affiliated direct service housing counseling agencies as part of its HUD Approved Housing Counseling Intermediary.
