K9 4 KEEPS is a non-profit organization dedicated to education and counseling of dog owners regarding proper handling and training of their dogs. We believe that the best way to rescue a dog is to educate the owner so they can develop a postive relationship with their dog. We will also provide housing and adoption services for dogs that must be surrendered by their owners.
