Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program - The program provides a comprehensive, client centered case management and workforce model which infuses housing and supportive services for veterans. Informed by research and data, we believe our best impact would be in the Austin, Humboldt Park, East/West Garfield, North Lawndale, East/West Englewood, Gresham/Auburn, and the Roseland: urban communities on Chicago's west and south sides of the city. Our Service Model is comprised of multiple phases to ensure eligible program participants are "work ready" at the end of their experience: Intake, Referral and Assessment, Job Readiness Training, Job Placement, Post Enrichment Workshops and Retention and Supportive Services. Through intensive Case Management and with an experienced team of professionals, we deliver ongoing mentoring and coaching support to individuals so that they may transition successfully into their communities.
The Illinois Youth Investment Program - The program provides a comprehensive, wrap around workforce and case management model that infuses trauma informed services throughout each area of service delivery. Our primary focus is to introduce employability skillsets and work/personal ethics to youth participants (ages 18 - 24) in our summer and year-round projects, preparing them for entry level work experiences and or post-secondary opportunities and then to prepare our notably trained and "work ready" program participants for those in-demand industry offerings with long term employment opportunities. These may include industry recognized certification programs, apprenticeships, and post-secondary enrollment.
