PUBLIC SERVICE PROGRAM - OAAI public service program is a statwide effort in which our member billboard comanies donate advertising space to qualifying organizations on order to communicate important messages to the monitoring public. OAAI has helped to promote 20 public service campains on behalf of American Heart Assn, IL Dept of Transportation, IL Dept of Natural Resources, Il Community Colleges, United Way and others to raise Heart Health Awareness, improve Road Construction Safety, promote Boat Safety, Education, Fireworks Safety, Foster Care, Elder Care, Breast Cancer, Prostrate Cancer, and Drug Awareness using 210 billboards. OAAI is the only organization within the State of Illinois that provides statewide promotional outdoor advertising support of issues intended to improve the quality of life, preventative health, environmental health, education and workers safety for the citizens of Illinois and elsewhere.These fund provide for legal defense of the OAAI members on issues that arise from advertizing.
ANNUAL CONFERENCE OAAIS Annual Conference serves as the leading resource for member education, regulation update and information on new trends fore the outdoor advertising industry. The Annual Conference is a one day event which includues educatonal speakers, goverment officials, prominent community leaders, industry experts and exhibits to keep our members and interested persons abreast of industry trends, challenges, growth, and service opportunities.
