THE ANNUAL INDUSTRY SUMMIT BRINGS TOGETHER THE INDUSTRY LEADERS OF THE POWER TRANSMISSION/MOTION CONTROL DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL TO FOSTER BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS, EXCHANGE IDEAS, IMPROVE BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS, LEARN NEW INFORMATION AND TECHNIQUES AND GAIN INSIGHT INTO MARKET TRENDS AFFECTING THEIR BUSINESSES. 2020 VIRTUAL INDUSTRY SUMMIT HAD 277 DELEGATES WITH 11 PRESS, SPEAKERS, SPOUSES AND GUESTS.
STRATEGIC GOAL IS TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS IN THE POWER TRANSMISSION/MOTION CONTROL INDUSTRY. CONTINUING EDUCATION PRODUCT SALES: PTDA HAS DEVELOPED A VARIETY OF CONTINUING EDUCATION TRAINING RESOURCES TO ASSIST MEMBERS IN THE SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, PARTICULARLY IN THE AREAS OF TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SALES SKILLS TRAINING.PRINCIPLE PRODUCTS INCLUDE: POWER TRANSMISSION HANDBOOK/WORKBOOK, POWER TRANSMISSION HANDBOOK/VIDEOS,AND DISTRIBUTION AND THE POWER OF PROFIT.
STRATEGIC GOAL IS TO EMPOWER PTDA MEMBERS TO INFLUENCE THEIR END CUSTOMER SO THAT BUYING THROUGH A PTDA DISTRIBUTOR MEMBER IS AN END CUSTOMER'S CHANNEL OF CHOICE.PTDA IS RESEARCHING PT/MC END CUSTOMER NEEDS AND VALUES IN ORDER TO PROVIDE PTDA MEMBERS WITH THESE INSIGHTS AND DISCOVERIES TO BETTER MARKET THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
