FORECLOSURE PREVENTION- SCH'S FORECLOSURE COUNSELING PROGRAM CONNECTS FAMILIES WITH THE ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING THEY NEED TO KEEP THEIR HOMES AND REALIZE HOUSING SECURITY. SUPPORT PROGRAM LIHEAP ENERGY ASSIATANCES PROGRAM- THIS PROGRAM USES A FEDERAL PASS THROUGH GRANT TO HELP PAY A SIGNIFICANT PART OF LOW INCOME RENTERS' UTILITY COSTS AND NEEDED WEATHERIZATION REPAIRS THAT WILL ENABLE FAMILIES TO STABILIZE THEIR UTILITY BUDGETS SO THAT THEY CAN MEET THEIR OTHER BASIC FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS. HOMELESS PREVENTION, AFFORDABLE HOUSING LOCATION AND SUSTAINABILITY COUNSELING- SCH WORKS WITH CLIENTS IN ONE-ON-ONE SETTING TO LOCATE AFFORDABLE RENTAL UNITS AND PROVIDE COUNSELING AND ASSISTANCE TO OVERCOME THEIR CHALLENGES IN SECURING A SAFE AND SUSTAINABLE HOUSING. THIS PROGRAM CONNECTS INDIVIDUALS WITH AVAILABLE RESOURCES TO EASE THE BURDEN OF HOUSING SECURITY. FINANCIAL LITERACY PROGRAM- SCH PROVIDES WORKSHOPS AND ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING THAT FOCUSES ON BUDGET PREPARATION, MONEY MANAGEMENT AND THE IMPORTANCE OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDES CREDIT RESTORATION COUNSELING AND FINANCIAL COACHING.
