The purpose of the World Leaders Forum is to educate and invest in tomorrow's business leaders; build greatness in the lives of students; and inspire change and create a legacy.

The World Leaders Forum hosts annual events to generate support for the Judson Leadership Scholarship program for students to attend Judson University. Funds also support entrepreneurial initiatives and on-going World Leaders Forum operations. In April of 2018, it was established that proceeds would also benefit the higher education of youth in Foster Care by providing programming and opportunities at Judson University. Judson University is a Christian college located in Elgin, Illinois. The University's entrepreneurial certificate is offered and can be applied to accompany any traditional undergraduate degree. Starting in 2015, the World Leaders Forum annually selects up to six students to receive a full-tuition scholarship for their undergraduate academic career at Judson. These annual World Leaders Forum events add to the quality of life in Elgin, the Fox River Valley and our region, by bringing in internationally recognized speakers. These events provide an opportunity for community members to see and learn from these leaders in person and promote the area throughout Chicago and across the nation.The World Leaders Forum brings in acclaimed world leaders for its annual event. Past speakers have included George W. Bush, Mikhail Gorbachev, Tony Blair, Condoleezza Rice, Felipe Calderon, Newt Gingrich, Howard Dean, Queen Noor of Jordan, and Caroline Kennedy in October 2019.
