Finalized expenses and income for the 56th annual conference held over 5 days in July 2019 in Chicago, IL. The academic program included numerous plenary speakers as well as various symposia. Highlights included the annual graduate student Allee Award session, the Charles H. Turner Workshop for undergraduates (by invitation), a pre-conference Public Day, and workshops on teaching, genomics and conservation before the 5-day meeting.More than 1,000 professionals from 30 countries attended the conference.

Collaborated with the Association for the Study of Animal Behaviour to publish Animal Behaviour. First published in 1953, Animal Behaviour is a leading international publication and has wide appeal, containing critical reviews, original papers, and research articles on all aspects of animal behaviour. Book Reviews and Books Received sections are also included.

Began planning for the 2021 annual conference to be held in Costa Rica inclluding payment of a deposit of $50,000 for the venue.
