Oakside Corporation provides the area's only medically-based Health Fitness Center that integrates fitness, wellness and rehabilitation. The Health Fitness Center provides a medically-based approach to addressing the three main components of a healthy lifestyle: nutrition, exercise, and stress management. The Health Fitness Center offers a wide range of programs and services for individuals of all ages; swim lessons for all ages, childcare for members, family fitness, family swim, a warm water therapy pool, land and aquatic fitness classes for adults and seniors, fitness equipment, indoor track, racquetball courts, wellness management, massage, nutritional services and a Parkinson's exercise program. The Health Fitness Center also has the Riverside Diabetes Wellness Center and Riverside Rehabilitation and Therapy services on site.
Oakside Corporation provides prescription services to the community and to Riverside Medical Center, a supported, related tax-exempt entity, and also provides building rental to Riverside Medical Center to further its mission.
Oakside Corporation provides durable medical equipment and to individuals and families in the surrounding areas of Kankakee County and Will County. The supplies offered include; wound care, ambulatory aides, beds, oxygen, CPAP, mastectomy, bracing, ostomy, and incontinence. The Riverside Health Equipment program service of Oakside Corporation ceased providing services in May 2019.
