CLF SUPPORT - CLF SUPPORT CONSISTS OF AN INTERMEDIATE CARE FACILITY AS WELL AS CAMPUS GROUP HOMES. THE INTERMEDIATE CARE FACILITY PROVIDES RETIREMENT-SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES PROMOTING WELLNESS AND AN ACTIVE LIFESTYLE WITH STAFF AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY. GROUP HOMES PROVIDE A COMMUNITY LIVING ENVIRONMENT WHERE PARTICIPANTS CAN LEARN LIVING SKILLS IN A SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT. HOUSEKEEPING AND MEAL PREPARATION RESPONSIBILITIES ARE SHARED AMONG THE PARTICIPANTS WITH STAFF SUPPORT.
TRAINING SITES - THROUGH THE VARIOUS CAMPUS BUSINESSES (MAGNOLIA CAF & BAKERY, FARMYARD & ATTRACTIONS, PET SHOP, THRIFT SHOP AND COUNTRY STORE) PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE TRAINING IN FOOD SERVICE, HOSPITALITY, STORE MERCHANDISING, CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHIPPING/RECEIVING, ANIMAL CARE AND FOOD PRODUCTION. THESE BUSINESSES PROVIDE A VOCATIONAL TRAINING SITE FOR PARTICIPANTS.
VOCATIONAL TRAINING - EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS PROVIDE ON-THE-JOB TRAINING AND FOLLOWALONG SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUAL PLACEMENTS IN COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT. TRAINING IS PROVIDED FOR EMPLOYERS WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS PLACED IS ALSO AVAILABLE.
