OUR MISSION IS TO END PET HOMELESSNESS BY EMPOWERING PET OWNERS AND SHELTERS WITH THE RESOURCES THAT THEY NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL.
Spay Illinois widespread, affordable spay and neuter program performed 9,028 spay/neuter surgeries in 2019. An additional 15,997 pets and families were provided low-cost vaccinations, dental cleanings, and other preventative and emergency services this year. Our 100% Initiative, that provides free and subsidized veterinary care for homeless pets in non-profit rescues and shelters, allowed over 2,000 homeless animals in need to receive veterinary services before adoption. Lastly, Project Families Forever, a program that provides subsidized vet care and resources to pet owners facing financial strains, ensured that thousands of families receiving financial assistance were provided the preventative and emergency services needed to keep their pets healthy and in their loving homes.
