EDWARD HEALTH AND FITNESS CENTER OFFERS MASSAGE THERAPY AS AN OPTION, ALONG WITH REGULAR EXERCISE AND GOOD NUTRITION, TO REDUCE STRESS, WHICH PLAYS A MAJOR ROLE IN THE OFFSET OF MANY CHRONIC ILLNESSES LIKE CANCER AND HEART DISEASE.
EDWARD HEALTH AND FITNESS CENTER'S ADULT AQUATICS PROGRAM OFFERS A VARIETY OF CLASSES, INCLUDING THOSE SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR WOMEN WHO ARE PREGNANT AND PATIENTS WITH PARKINSON'S DISEASE, FIBROMYALGIA, LOW BACK PAIN, MULTIPLE SCHLEROSIS AND ARTHRITIS.
