Organizations Filed Purposes: To organize, establish, own, manage, carry on, operate, maintain, and franchise to others one or more schools and places of learning that provide instruction and education in and about the Jewish religion, history, observances, traditions, philosophy, culture, the Hebrew language, the State of Israel, as well as to study related general and secular areas; to franchise and provide information to the foregoing schools pertinent to the curriculum, organization, operations and materials for the foregoing schools.

Adult Learning Programs - FMAMS engages adult learners in a life-enhancing study of Jewish texts and ideas that nurtures and deepens Jewish community worldwide. Through both in-person and online classes and travel seminars, Learners find Jewish texts and ideas accessible and relevant to their lives. Programs provided include Melton Direct classes, Neighborhood Pop-Up learning and Leadership Curriculum. To further promote and develop adult education programs in Jewish Learning that serves the mission statement of the Florence Melton Adult Mini-School as well as communicate, execute and sustain strategic initiatives in Adult Jewish Learning.

Melton Travel Seminars and Kallah - Adult education programs to provide the most comprehensive and multi-layered touring seminars in the Jewish world. With texts in hand, explore the sites and landscapes of Jewish life in Israel and other locations in order to gain new insight and a deeper understanding of the Jewish past, present and future. They provide an insight into the challenges of building a sovereign Jewish state in our ancient homeland while reflecting and responding to Jewish tradition and history, and allow for discussing, interpreting and absorbing the rich culture of both the people and the land.

Training Programs - Consist of 1. International Directors Conference - Meetings and Conventions For directors and staff of all local sites to share ideas, provide updates and to keep communication open between local sites.2. New Faculty Orientation - The new Faculty Orientation Program was established to allow all new faculty members an opportunity to interact with one another and obtain an understanding of the course curriculum they will teach.
