Strengthening and Supporting Families - 24 parents were introduced to programming that improved their parenting knowledge and skills. This new information improved their parenting with their children and families. Parents were also introduced to a new way of communicating with each other.
Go-Fit For Life - 70 individuals were introduced to facts about good nutrition. The individuals were also informed about the importance of exercise. Classes were held in dance, exercise, and understanding diabetes. This new information caused a change of behavior in their habits which resulted in a better quality of life.
Middle School Skills USA - 35 middle school students were taught the importance of getting a skill, a trade, or profession that they could have to support themselves and their future families. They traveled to different work sites to learn about different professions.
