The goal is to make a difference in the aerospace industry, including STEM fields, by increasing access to the field for young men and women, especially people of color. Masterflight Foundation's campaign to end structural racism, sexism, misogyny, homophobia, and transphobia in the Aerospace, Defence, and STEM workforce and academia will impact policies and promote best practices at the top 1000 universities and the top 500 STEM organizations to dismantle this structural phenomenon.

Masterflight Foundation consulting services include corporate governance, strategic planning, organizational development, technical assistance, diversity-equity-and-inclusion, fundraising, program design, operations. communications, and public policy.
Implement the Aerospace Education STEM Operations Program (AESOP), including the Satellite Tool Kit (STK) application for tracking the International Space Station (ISS). We facilitate community service projects that bring hands-on aerospace education activities to primary and secondary school students.
