Organizations Filed Purposes:
According to the Bylaws of the Foundation its principal mission is to support the operation and mission of St. Paul's Church Riverside IL. The Foundation does this by granting from its income to the Church. Additionally according to its Bylaws the Foundation may also used income specified by donors for grants for other religious and charitable purposes. The Foundation grants some funds outside the parish to support Anglican Church work outside the United States and occasionally to support work among the poor in the United States with a preference for assistance to Native American communities.
THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS ST PAUL'S CHURCH OF RIVERSIDE IL, ITS INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDS AND OUTREACH. GRANTS ARE MADE FROM INCOME.
THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR THE OPERATION AND PROGRAM OF ST PAUL'S CHURCH RIVERSIDE ILLINOIS. FUNDS ARE USED FOR THE OPERATION AND UPKEEP OF THE PARISH PROPERTY AND ITS WORSHIP LIFE.
GRANT TO NASHOTAH HOUSE THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY, NASHOTAH WISCONSIN FOR USE IN ITS PROGRAM OF BRINGING STUDENTS FROM AFRICA TO STUDY AT THE INSTITUTION.
