Organizations Filed Purposes:
Thaakat Foundation has adopted three global project sites focused on education, development and healthcare. Each project works not only to help the immediate recipient (students, patients etc.) but to work within the community to help bring overall progress. Today, each project site has clean water, restrooms, women's empowerment projects and emergency aid programs in place in addition to the overall program that is operating.
Thaakat Foundation strongly believes in promoting charitable giving and humanitarian work among the youth by selflessly supporting the act of giving back.
During 2020, Thaakat Foundation: -Completed our second official health campus in Sierra Leone, with a total of 20,000 cases treated and 500 babies delivered since our establishment of our healthcare projects. -Launched our first official All Girls Campus in Pakistan. Adjacent to this facility we launched a women's technical skills training center for stitching and sewing. -Completed the first floor of our brick structure school in Ghana. Launched the computer lab and library -Provided food, home and economic hardship relief to our communities to help with COVID impact -Rebuilt over 100 homes for villagers during flood damages in Pakistan -Provided PPE, clean water and public toilets in our communities -Continued focus on Malaria and disease prevention -Over 1,200 students receiving an education across our schools every day.
