Organizations Filed Purposes:
To educate members on proper wastewater treatments and to educate and update on state and federal rules and regulations.
A lobbying firm is hired to represent the industry side to the state and local governments which enact legislation on wastewater, to research and analyze legislation, and to report all information back to our members.
Technical committee meetings, a mini-conference, and an annual conference are held to educate members on proper use of wastewater, new and/or existing administration and industrial issues, and to update our members on new and/or existing federal and state laws and guidelines regarding wastewater.
Various reports, studies, filings, and research completed by our Affiliate (consulting) members that benefit our Agency members.
