Organizations Filed Purposes:
To further the interests of the Illinois county government and enhance the effective management and operations of county government through working relationships with the national association of counties and similar, national organizations.
Scholarships and Grants - During the year, the Association provided ICA scholarships of $3,000 each to students who have been accepted into an accreited college or university.
Communication - The ICA produces a quarterly newsletter called the County Review, which is provided to county government.
Education - Develop, promote and conduct educational programs for the elected officials of members of the three principal organizations.
