SUPPORT OF YMCA OF CENTRAL KENTUCKY
Support of YMCA of Central Kentucky Lexington, KY Pursuant to an agreement dated April 11, 1977, and renewed effective July 1, 1997, the Foundation has agreed to support the YMCA of Central Kentucky (successor to the Young Men's Christian Association of Greater Lexington, Inc.) by contributing all of its net annual investment income (but not including gains realized from the sale or exchange of any assets) to that organization. The Foundation also leases real estate in Nicholasville, Kentucky known as the Caroline Memorial Community Center to the YMCA at no charge. The YMCA of Central Kentucky is a publicly supported organization of the type described in Section 509(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code.
