The open discussions, experience and knowledge sharing took place was without judgement or repercussions. Talking with others from different backgrounds, across genders, and across ages was enlightening and encouraging. When an issue or situation where advice was required, it was easy to bring it up to the group. Quality guidance from both the mentor lead and from the others in the circle was received. A great testament to the program is that three of the four Mentor Leads indicated their desire to return and one of the Mentees has asked to be a Mentor Lead"WISE World" newsletter was published on a monthly basis.Trade Show participation at PLMA generated a new objective of gaining several new partners.
