CSW MANAGES LEARNING NETWORKS AND ACADEMIES THAT BUILD THE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE OF WORKFORCE PRACTITIONERS CENTERED ON POLICY AND PRACTICE STRATEGIES AND LEVERS FOR SYSTEMIC CHANGE. CSW HOSTS THE WORKFORCE BENCHMARKING NETWORK, WHICH PROVIDES COMMUNITY-BASED WORKFORCE ORGANIZATIONS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES SUPPORT IN USING DATA TO MORE EFFECTIVELY MANAGE PROGRAMS AND COMMUNITY STRATEGIES.

EXPANDING THE USE OF COMPETENCIES. CSW WORKS WITH PARTNERS TO USE ANALYTIC TOOLS TO INCREASE THE USE OF COMPETENCIES TO IMPROVE LABOR MARKET MOBILITY FOR WORKERS, IMPROVE QUALITY HIRING AND ADVANCEMENT WITHIN COMPANIES, AND ENSURE UNDERSTANDABLE OUTCOMES FROM EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND INCREASED ALIGNMENT OF THOSE PROGRAMS WITH JOB REQUIREMENTS. GOAL IS TO INCREASE USE OF COMPETENCIES AS "COMMON LANGUAGE/CURRENCY" AMONG LEARNERS/WORKERS, EDUCATORS, AND EMPLOYERS.
