IN 2012, WCP LAUNCHED THE SPARK PROGRAM THAT IS DESIGNED TO INCREASE THE IMPACT OF THIS FINANCIAL SUPPORT BY USING IT AS AN INCENTIVE FOR CHILDCARE PROVIDERS TO INCREASE THE QUALITY OF THEIR CENTERS.
