Developed two major initiatives - a small church focus and the desire to have an additional gathering in mid-2020 for training on how to triage anxiety, depression and the potential for suicide among the pastors we work with.2. Target conferences that aim at the small church leader for exhbiting and conducting workshops.3. Twelve conferences we are either exhibiting at and/or have invitations for workshops.4. Expanded the Creating a Culture of Ministry Health workshops.5. Full implementation of a new donor management system.6. Two Pastor-in Residence programs running concurrently.7. Developed a Pastor Renewal Plan that assists churches in supporting pastoral staff and prevent exits.8. Five coaching programs.9. Conducted over 20 PRO D Assessments for pastors and seminary students.
