IT ALSO PROVIDES PERSONAL CONTACT WITH LONELY, DISTRESSED, NEEDY PEOPLE IN THE AREA. ITEMS ARE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR THEM.
