The organization exists to enhance and extend educational opportunities to underserved youth through innovative enricment, mentorship and athletic activities.
The FATE program worked with approximately 75 high school students (9th, 10th and 11th graders), 22 alumni, and over 70 mentors from the University of Michigan and working professional community. Each high school grade worked toward a capstone project offering skills in entrepreneurship, business, design thinking and problem-solving.
