TO SUPPORT AND BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF GREATER FLINT. THE ORGANIZATION WILL ADDRESS A WIDE VARIETY OF COMMUNITY NEEDS IN GREATER FLINT, AND ITS IMMEDIATE PRIORITY IS TO PROVIDE AID TO THOSE AFFECTED BY THE FLINT WATER CRISIS.
ESTABLISHED TO ASSIST IN FLINT'S EMERGENCY AND RECOVERY EFFORTS IN RESPONSE TO THE FLINT WATER CRISIS TO SERVE THE LONG-TERM HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT NEEDS OF FLINT.
The organization receives gifts from individuals, foundations, and organizations and places them into individual funds that match the giving priorities of the donors. The organization's current priorities include: assisting in Flints emergency and recovery from the water crisis, raising and distributing resources to serve the long-term health and development needs of Flint children and their families, and improving the economic vitality of the City of Flint, THROUGH TWO CHARITABLE FUNDS - THE FLINT CHILD HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT FUND AND THE MOVING FLINT FORWARD FUND.
