RESIDENCE IN THE HOMELESS DUPLEX IS NOT LIMITED TO A SPECIFIC TIME PERIOD BUT RATHER WHEN CLIENTS REACH A POINT OF SELF-SUFFICIENCY. THE DUPLEXES ALSO QUALIFY AS PROJECT-BASED HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHERS ALTHOUGH SOME RESIDENTS ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS THE RENT.
