Organizations Filed Purposes:
To provide a healing environment through peer support for children, teens and their families grieving a death.
In 2019 we served 108 children, 74 adults and had over 85 volunteers. We served children and adults in 3 different cities. We held three grief trainings for 40 volunteers. We held two bimonthly campus grief support groups at two area universities for the 2019 school year. We added two interns, winter 2019 and then three in the fall of 2019. We had our first Camp Grief, Grit and Hope with 39 children and 20 adults. We trained an additional 12 volunteers for camp.
