Ten Sixteen Recovery Network has a proud history of providing services to people impacted by alcohol and drugs. We are passionate about helping people live fully, free from relying on alcohol or other drugs.

Community Based Treatment Programs: We have four Centers for Recovery and Wellness and 3 Collegiate Recovery programs, in a total in six counties that offer drop in services, treatment for clients dealing with addictions (primarily related to substance use disorder) and multiple educational and community programs. We offer a full range of services, from Prevention to a variety of Outpatient Therapeutic Interventions and Recovery Support services, including both individual and group settings individualized to meet a client's intensity of need and desire to change. Total hours of treatment and coaching provided by our clinicians and recovery coaches in our Outpatient settings were 22,718 in 2019, down from 23,938 in 2018. Approximately, 938 clients were served in 2019 and 1,013 were served in 2018. The decrease was mostly due to having our largest recovery center housed in a temporary facility for most of 2019. We moved into our newly built facility in October of 2019. In our Collegiate Recovery program we began program development for a new location at Mid Michigan College in 2019. At CMU and FSU we provide screening, education and recovery support services to students. In 2019, 425 hours of programming were provided to 633 students. In addition, 150 hours of presentations and social events were provided to a total of 10,125 attendees. These amounts for 2018 were 533 hours of programming provided to 783 students and 33 hours of presentations and social events provided to 359 attendees.

Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Programs: This facility provides Residential 24-hour care for clients with addictions, primarily related to substance use disorder. This structured program offers a variety of therapeutic interventions while building recovery skills. The clients actively engage with others who have recovery experience, building a new network of support. The bed capacity for the facility is 20 beds. The setting for the facility is serene and private, on 18 acres of land which creates a very comfortable environment for clients to work on these changes in their lives. Bed days provided in 2019 were 4,996, up 1% from 2018 at 4,936 bed days. Clients served were 281 in 2019 and 301 in 2018.

Detoxification Program: This program offers social detoxification services on a 24-hour basis for clients who need medical assistance for symptom relief as they withdraw from their alcohol or drug use. As the client feels better, the staff also work to help build the hope, readiness and resiliency needed to take the next step in the recovery process. Due to reduced census and high running costs, this program moved to 5 day-per-week schedule (closed on weekends) effective February 2019. We moved this program from Isabella County to the campus of the Residential facility in Midland County in July of 2019. Both locations for this program had a capacity for 6 beds. In 2019, 649 bed days were provided to 213 clients, which was lower than 2018's 1,341 bed days provided to 378 clients. The Agency did make the decision to close this Detox program in April of 2020 and is looking for alternative ways to offer Detox services in collaboration with other medical providers, but those efforts are still in preliminary evaluation.
