BUSINESS SOLUTIONS GROUP (BSG) PROVIDES EXPERTISE TO BUILD INFRASTRUCTURE AND CAPACITY TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF STATE AND NATIONAL INITIATIVES DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH MICHIGAN'S MEDICAID POPULATION. THE BSG TEAM IS COMPOSED OF INDIVIDUALS WITH BACHELOR'S AND MASTER'S DEGREES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND SPECIALIZED SKILLS IN THE AREAS OF NURSING, SOCIAL WORK, AUDITING, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, BUSINESS PROCESS MAPPING, BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, CONTRACT MANAGEMENT, STAFF AUGMENTATION, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, MEDICAL CODING, CORRECTIONAL HEALTH CARE, STRATEGIC PLANNING, AND FACILITATION.
