TO PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL, THERAPEUTIC, & SOCIAL SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS.
RESIDENTIAL DIRECT CARE PROGRAM: KADIMA'S RESIDENTIAL DIRECT CARE PROGRAM HAS FIVE LICENSED HOMES STAFFED 24 HOURS PER DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK AND SIX SEMI-INDEPENDENT HOMES THAT ARE STAFFED BETWEEN 8 AND 16 HOURS PER DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK. STAFFING SERVICES INCLUDE ASSISTANCE WITH ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING INCLUDING BATHING, EATING, DRESSING, TRANSPORTATION, MEDICATION SUPPORT, MONITORING AND ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICATIONS. SERVICES ALSO INCLUDE COMMUNITY AND ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITIES, TRANSPORTATION TO MEDICAL AND PSYCHIATRIC APPOINTMENTS. RESIDENTIAL SERVICES ALSO INCLUDE PREPARED MEALS, HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANCE, UTILITIES, PHONE, CABLE, AND INTERNET.
COMMUNITY LIVING SUPPORT: KADIMA'S COMMUNITY LIVING SUPPORT PROVIDES SERVICES TO PERSONS SERVED THAT LIVE IN THE COMMUNITY AS WELL AS 12 PROPERTIES MANAGED BY KADIMA. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS, DETERMINED THROUGH AN ASSESSMENT PROCESS COMPLETED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION AND AS NEEDED THROUGHOUT SERVICE DURATION. SERVICES INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION, MEDICATION DELIVERY, MONITORING AND SUPPORT, SHOPPING, MONITORING/SUPPORT ASSURING HEALTH AND SAFETY, AND TRANSPORTATION TO MEDICAL AND PSYCHIATRIC APPOINTMENTS. THE CLIENTS THAT ARE LIVING IN A KADIMA-OWNED PROPERTY ALSO RECEIVE SUPPORT SERVICES WHICH INCLUDE HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANCE, UTILITIES, PHONE, CABLE, AND INTERNET.
ZUSSMAN ACTIVITY CENTER: THE LOIS AND MILTON Y. ZUSSMAN ACTIVITY CENTER PROVIDES A SAFE HAVEN FOR KADIMA CLIENTS WHERE THEY CAN ENJOY AND BENEFIT FROM SOCIAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES, EDUCATIONAL CLASSES, VOCATIONAL SUPPORT, VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT, CULINARY EXPERIENCES, AND A COMMUNITY ATMOSPHERE WITH THEIR PEERS.
