Organizations Filed Purposes:
Service area youth through activities such as overnight camping, outdoor education, and general Camp Fire USA programming.
Environmental and Camp. Camp owned and operated by the Organization to serve youth in summer camp, group camping, and camp rentals. Served 513 summer camp youth in FY 2020 over 10 weeks of summer camp. Also provided disaster relief childcare in June 2020.
Out of School time. Clubs meet once or twice a month. Members, under the direction of trained adult volunteers, work out of our program books, complete service projects, and participate in monthly activities. Had one active club (Mishawaka City Club), serving 12 youth in the 2019-'20 school year. Continued after-school program at Good Shepherd Montessori School and Sam Adams Elementary in Cassoplis Michigan. Served approximately 35 youth per day across two sites.
