In2Action provides safe and drug free housing to those recently released from prison or those at risk of incarceration. Housing is structured to provide support and accountability necessary to improve the likelihood residents will premanently transition into productive and law abiding citizens and heighbors. In2Action is responsible fore all housing related expenses for residents, including, but not limited to , rent and utility costs, cable, internet, phone, maintenance and minor repairs, and the provision of house supplies such as cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and paper products. Working residents are expected to pay and those not working may be approved to provide community service in exchange for paying the fee.

Case management services are provided to all program participants. Services include connecting participants to the proper resources and support in the community, as well as providing support services internally. Some of the services provided are substance abuse, financial management, and goal setting and attainment. The provision of basic needs is a necessary component of case management and counseling and included providiing food, medications, clothing, and other basic life needs. In2Action contracts with outside agencies to provide such services as mental health and sex offender counseling.

The work therapy program provides opportunity for residents to work for wages, while learning the necessary skills to succeed in the workforce. Residents are taught basic lawn service and landscaping skills as well as soft skills. Participants are evaluated and given beedback on their dependability, work ethic ability to accept criticism, communication skills, etc. The program charges fees to customers though it is not independently profitable, but serves the primary function of teaching necessary skills to partipants at a real job, in real time. In2Action is responsible for all costs associated with the program such as equipment and fuel, repairs, supplies, transportation, and marketing.
