The Purpose Of The Society Is To Associate & Affiliate Into One Organization All Of The Reputable Physicians In The State Of Missouri Who Are Engaged In The Practice Or Are Otherwise Interested In The Specialty Of Anesthesiology.
The society holds an annual meeting for education resulting in CME hours.
The Society sends delegates to the American Society of Anesthesiologists Annual (ASA) Convention to represent Missouri. The purpose of this meeting is to set standards, allocate funds and conduct the business of ASA.
The Society contracted With Gamble & Schlemeier to advise on legislative, legal, political & regulatory issues and matters that interest MSA and affect local, state, or federal interests of its membership and disseminate information to the membership.
