This corporation is organized as a Not-For-Profit corporation exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes. The terms charitable, scientific, and educational shall have the same meanings herein that they have in section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Without limiting the generality of foregoing, the nature of the business or purposes to be conducted or promoted by the corporation shall be: the making of distributions to one or more organization that qualify as exempt organizations under sections 501(C)(3) and 509(A)(1) or (2) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (herein "publicly supported organizations(s)") and that serve the greater Kansas City area.
