LOW INCOME HOUSING RENTAL & TENANT SUPPORT SERVICES - PROVIDE TRAINING TO TENANTS IN THE AREAS OF BUDGETING, PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, RESPONSIBLE FAMILY LIVING AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT. DEVELOPMENT OF ADDITIONAL LOW INCOME HOUSING RENTALS. APPROXIMATELY 1,418 LIVES WERE IMPACTED IN 2019. THE PROGRAM REVENUE AMOUNT INCLUDES PROGRAM SERVICE FEES ONLY.

LOUIS COUNTY DOWNPAYMENT AND CLOSING COST ASSISTANCE - PROGRAM WHEREBY LOW TO MODERATE INCOME INDIVIDUALS MAY APPLY FOR DOWNPAYMENT AND CLOSING COST ASSISTANCE TO ASSIST IN SECURING FINANCING ARRANGEMENTS TO PURCHASE A HOME. 153 DOWNPAYMENT/CLOSING COST LOANS WERE ISSUED DURING 2019. THE PROGRAM REVENUE AMOUNT INCLUDES PROGRAM SERVICE FEES ONLY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE CONTRIBUTIONS AND GRANTS TOTALING $538,722 THAT SUPPORT THIS PROGRAM.
