SDCHC ALSO MAKES INVESTMENTS IN OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH GRANTS & PARTNERSHIPS FOR ECONOMIC GROWTH AND COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT.
THE CORPORATION IN COOPERATION WITH OTHER COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND ENTITIES HAS ACQUIRED DISTRESSED PROPERTIES TO BE REHABBED AND SOLD TO NEW OWNER OCCUPANTS OR OWNERSHIP ENTITIES, IN ORDER TO RENEW THESE PROPERTIES, ASSIST IN THE STABILIZATION OF THE SURROUNDING BLOCK(S) AND SERVE AS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY TURN DISTRESSED PROPERTIES AROUND.
