ASCENSION MINISTRY AND MISSION FUND EXISTS TO PROVIDE STEWARDSHIP OF FUNDS CONTRIBUTED BY ASSOCIATES OF ASCENSION HEALTH ALLIANCE AND ITS RELATED FAITH-BASED HEALTH MINISTRIES, AS WELL AS OTHERS; AND TO FURTHER THE MISSION OF ASCENSION SPONSOR BY ASSISTING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES AND ADDRESSING IDENTIFIED NEEDS, IN A CHANGING NONPROFIT HEALTHCARE ENVIRONMENT. As part of the Ascension Catholic health ministry, the filing organization served in support of Ascension's commitment to both care for patients and communities and support caregivers and other associates through the challenges of the COVID-19 global pandemic in FY20.
