To provide affordable skilled training in high tech manufacturing and other skilled trades for youth, unemployed adults, veterans and ex-offenders. MTA is governed and operated by a diverse Board of Directors and staff.

Issued one hundred sixty six (166) certificates and credetials to students that completed the training and education requirements.
