To promote economic success for everyone in the St. Louis region by providing financial education and access to reliable financial products and services.
Excel Centers are a network of facilities throughout the St. Louis region where clients can easily access resources in a judgement free zone. Highly trained educators and volunteers provide free seminars and one-on-one coaching services in an effort to help clients budget, save, build credit, and create wealth. The Coronavirus pandemic of 2020 has necessitated that we adapt our service delivery to a virtual format (online and phone based).
RedDough Money Center is a nonprofit alternative to fringe banking services. RedDough provides safe and affordable financial products and services for low/moderate income individuals and families. Services include; low-cost check cashing, reloadable debit cards, and short-term loans at an interest rate significantly below those charged by payday lenders. RedDough clients also have access to all of the services offered by Excel Center.
