GENESYS CONVALESCENT CENTER LEASES PROPERTY IN THE FORM OF A BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT TO A COMPANY THAT PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL SKILLED NURSING CARE TO THE COMMUNITY. On July 31, 2015, Genesys Convalescent Center sold their bed licenses to Genesis Rehab. While Genesis Rehab constructs a new facility, Genesys Convalescent Center will lease out their facilities to Genesis Rehab. Once the new facility has been completed, Genesys Convalescent Center will commence selling their facilities and will then wind down the business. As part of the Ascension Catholic health ministry, the filing organization served in support of Ascension's commitment to both care for patients and communities and support caregivers and other associates through the challenges of the COVID-19 global pandemic in FY20.
